Are you outgoing? Do you want to get more involved in the fight against Alzheimer's disease? Do have a favorite hobby or activity that you would like to use to fight Alzheimer's? If you answered yes, we need your help!

Description:

Serve as a champion for The Longest Day for the Alzheimer’s Association to help spread the word about The Longest Day, share why you are participating in this event with others, and encourage others to do the same.

1. Participate: Start your own Longest Day team to participate on or around the Longest Day. Teams can be created by visiting alz.org/tld.
2. Promote: Share about The Longest Day on social media, through email and in person with your family, friends and community. Share why you participate, what you will be doing for The Longest Day and how others can get involved.
3. Brainstorm: Share about The Longest Day with any new teams possibilities in your area.

The Longest Day is all about love. Love for all those affected by Alzheimer's disease. On the summer solstice, team up with the Alzheimer’s Association and select any activity you love - or an activity loved by those affected - to help end Alzheimer’s. Do something you love - or honor a caregiver, someone living with Alzheimer's, or someone you’ve lost by selecting his or her favorite hobby. From swimming to scrapbooking, you’re limited only by your imagination. Together, we will raise funds and awareness for care and support while advancing research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer’s. To learn more about The Longest Day, visit alz.org/tld.
