Help Older Adults stay Active! - Bucks County Senior Games Spring 2019

June 2019 the Bucks County Area Agency on Aging together with the Department of Parks and Recreation will host the County's 32nd annual Senior Games event. This event is a series of physically active games in which seniors can compete to win medals and qualify to go on to the state or even national levels of competition. The Games are part of a movement to keep people active at every stage and age. The Games provide a great avenue for activity and interaction amongst seniors across the county and beyond!

Three ways you can help on the Registration Committee:

1) Help individual seniors register upon arrival at their game/competition. Volunteers will man a table at the games, check in participants, and provide registration materials. Games are held at different venues throughou the county. Volunteers will need to provide their own transportation to/fro event.

2) Attend a "prep party" to ready registration packets for participants prior to the start of the games- May.

3) Collect and organize Senior Games Event registration forms. Need experience with excel spreadsheet data entry.
