We are looking for volunteers who enjoy working with children! At every Farmer's Markets, we have a Kids Table, which has activities that incorporate Everyone's Harvest, the Farmer's Market, or our Community Food Programs.
If you enjoy being crafty and working with children, this volunteer opportunity is for you!
The volunteer opportunity is available at all of our Farmer's Markets. Shifts will be 1-2 hours.
- Sunday, Marina Farmer's Market, 10am-2pm- Tuesday, Alisal Farmer's Market, 11am-4pm (June - end of October)
- Wednesday, Natividad Medical Center Farmer's Market, 11am-3:30pm (mid-May to end of October)
- Friday, Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital, 2pm-6pm (mid-May to end of October)

The mission of Everyone’s Harvest is to create vibrant healthy communities and equitable food webs. We believe everyone deserves the right to access locally grown organic produce and free public events are necessary to strengthen a community.
Description
Everyone’s Harvest is a non-profit that brings people and healthy food together. We run the Marina, Pacific Grove, and Alisal Certified Farmers’ Markets for the benefit of farmers and consumers alike. Everyone’s Harvest strongly believes everyone deserves the right to fresh, healthy, organic produce supplied by our local region and that free public events are necessary to strengthen a community. In 2002, Everyone’s Harvest started when five women noticed the lack of local, fresh, organic produce in Marina. Together, they decided to start the Marina Certified Farmers’ Market.

Everyone’s Harvest is always looking for nice, reliable, motivated and enthusiastic volunteers. We sincerely thank our volunteers for all of their hard work--without their efforts and commitment, many Market events and activities would not be possible!
Becoming a volunteer with Everyone’s Harvest will give you an opportunity to meet small-scale family farmers and local vendors, learn what it takes to put on a Certified Farmers’ Market and connect with your local community.
