We need Early Stage Facilitators

The Early-Stage Program offers a comfortable way to increase knowledge, receive support and socialize with others who are living in the early stage of Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia. The program is a 6 month program that includes monthly support groups and quarterly education programs.

Program volunteers will assist chapter staff to facilitate the monthly Early-Stage Support Group for the duration of the 6 month program.
