Become an online college counselor to educate and to counsel students about their college path.

Tacit Support is a new start-up nonprofit organization. Our target client will be students from low-income families, new immigrants families and refugees families. Each week, volunteers need to devote at least half an hour a week to work with at least one client. You must be able to commit at least six months. Before you start your work, we will be training you with basic counselor skills and how we want you to conduct the counseling. We will also give you high level of freedom so you can choose the way you would like to conduct the counseling. You may need to cover all areas about the application process, including application forms, personal statements, transfer process, major selection, college experience, etc.

It is a great opportunity for college students who are interested in pursuing educational fields in the future.
