To help office administration take an inventory of current assets, such as computers and printers, and keep a working list of the gathered data. Volunteer will gather the asset tag numbers on computer monitors, laptops, and printers, and record them an excel spreadsheet, to be provided by office administration. Volunteer will also record which employee has possession of what assets, and the current condition of said asset. Volunteer will record any damage or issues with current equipment.
Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft excel, and data entry. Depending on number of assets, task may take a few hours.
Volunteer will report directly to office operations assistant.
Any day, Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am-4pm.
