We are a non-profit organization committed to helping seniors 60+ with fall prevention classes. We do 1 hour fitness classes at churches and community centers that helps seniors with strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and balance. We are in need of fitness assistants to help our fitness instructors. Your main role will be assisting the fitness instructor and providing guidance to the seniors and exercise. If you want to be part of helping seniors in a problem many of us are faced with.

What you will get out of volunteering is the impact and assistance of helping seniors to stay fit and education on fall prevention. . You gain tremendous experience working with seniors that follows fitness and daily living skills. We have several locations where we are in need of fitness assistant.
