The Columbia Slough Watershed Council is happy to be celebrating Earth Day with Portland Parks and Recreation! Celebrate with us by helping remove invasive English Ivy from the Wilkes Creek headwaters. English Ivy out competes native plant species for resources like light and water, but once it is under control we can start to actively restore this valuable headwater ecosystem. No experience is necessary, just a desire to get your hands dirty!
