This volunteer position will schedule organize and man Meet n Greet Adoption Events for Pets Are for Life Dog Rescue. We will host an adoption event at minimum once a month in Mansfield/Burleson area. Periodically there will be larger off site events as well. The Event Coordinator will recruit and schedule volunteers to work wach event. This person will work the larger event as well.
At the adoption events, you will need to have 2 to 3 people with assigned jobs. There will be 4 to 6 dogs at each event. There will be training and support for the person that is dedicated to making these events successful. If you have experience with rescue that is a huge bonus but not necessary. You must enjoy being around dogs and have general knowledge of handling them.

P.A.L. runs a no-kill, adoption only kennel with an average of 20 dogs looking for homes. With decades of experience in dog training and the pet industry we train the dogs, to make them a perfect fit for families that want to adopt.
Through our Rescue Kennel Club we register adopted dpgs then produce two "dog shows" a year for rescue dogs only.
We are always looking for volunteers to walk exercise and help train our dogs. We even teach people who wnat to learn to train dogs
