About

Volunteers on the National Asylum Helpline talk with Spanish speakers released from immigration family detention that are located around the United States and are seeking asylum help. Volunteers will record caller information and give them referrals to organizations near them who may be able to provide legal assistance for their particular immigration issues. Information is provided over the phone and mailed out to callers.
