We're looking for someone who can help design and guide the strategy for some of our marketing emails.
WHAT WE NEED:
We are entering our second year of operation. During our first year we really were focused on building up our curriculum, and now that we have it, we want to shift some of our energy towards maintaining a relationship with the folks who we have met in this last year. Part of that strategy will be regular email communications with the teachers, with our donors, and our bi-annual newsletter. We would like to find someone who can help us design visually striking templates for each of these regularly occuring email campaigns, as well as guide the design strategy we would use when using those templates (i.e., a guide that we can reference going over email headers, language, etc.).WHAT WE HAVE IN PLACE
We have sent out emails for all of these campaigns, and can show the volunteer the content of previous emails. However, we are open to alternate content and strategy.
While this is somewhat open to the designers discretion and motivation, we are hoping to find someone who can develop a unique strategy and design for each of our three regular email campaigns (1-announcing a new lesson on the website, 2-checking in with our donors, and 3- a semi-annual newsletter). We imagine this will consist of a basic style/use guide that can help us keep the language and content of each campaign consistent, as well as a visually appealing template for each campaign that we can update.
HOW THIS WILL HELP
We are an organization that empowers classroom teachers in schools without an art program to expose their students to high-quality art education.
Our success depends us maintaining communication with our users and donors and having them feel part of our community.ABOUT US:
