About

Our 3rd annual Stand Up and Dance with the Placer County Stars event will take place on March 25, 2017 at Orchard Creek Lodge in Sun City, Lincoln Hills and we need your help. This event is our signature fundraising event of the year and offers a great deal of fun and excitement for all involved. It is a great way to help survivors and a great opportunity to join a fun team of party planners, learn some new skills and make some new friends. We are looking for creative, energetic and passionate people to help us take this event to the next level and need your expertise and talents. We have broken the tasks down as follows. Each task is considered a team and can use multiple volunteers. We are always keen to hear and share new ideas so speak up and join us in making this a memorable night for all.

  • Day of the Event - setup, clean up, registration, checkout
  • Recruiting and organizing dancers
  • Obtaining and coordinating large auction items
  • Obtaining and coordinating silent auction items
  • Audio/Visual, music, sound system and DJ
  • Photographer/Videographer
