Job Duties:


- Create lesson plans to teach non-native speakers to read, write and speak English


-Help students learn English grammar, pronunciation and conversational skills


-Prepare classroom activities, which allow students to learn English in real life contexts


-Provide a stimulating and engaging learning experience


Job Responsibilities:


-The primary job responsibility of the ESL instructor is to improve the English reading, writing, and speaking skills of students ages 18 and older from various backgrounds. The ESL instructor must tailor lessons for students whose native languages and English-speaking abilities are varied and limited.

Unique Potential Community Services, Inc.- Our Educational Programs help individuals effectively participate in society, the community, and promote their overall health and wellness. We provide ESL (English as a Second Language), Basic Computer Classes, and Life Skills Training. Through our educational, job training and professional development empowerment programs, Unique Potential Community Services Inc. is committed to helping students achieve the skills they need to become good communicators, obtain competitive job market skills, and become productive citizens. Our Community Outreach Programs help meet the physical and the necessity needs of our families, through our food pantry, holiday giving and donations for the elderly and children. We offer referral and support services to our families, through various agencies within the community
