Development Manager:
Silicon Valley based, the incumbent will help develop then execute the fundraising program, including developing the donor base, managing an annual campaign and pledge drives, setting up the first gala, preparing prospect/donor communications, submiting grants, and developing a peer to peer network for the annual drive.

Reporting to the ED and Fundraising board member, this person will be responsible for the day to day management of all fund-raising activities, coordinating calendar with the ED, setting goals, and reporting on execution.

Expected time commitment: 10 hrs max. a week, peaking each month before scheduled event(s), cocktails, dinners, receptions.
Skills needed: prior donor cultivation/solicitation experience, managing CRM campaigns, discretion and style.

Needs to be Silicon Valley Bay Area based within easy commute of San Jose.
