This is one of our most needed positions for volunteers to fiil at Fred Moore. We are looking for volunteers who are proactive, flexible, organized, and who would like to work with children even if that means working behind the scenes. Our volunteers will have several responsibilities that include:
- Filling
- Data Entry
- Organizing
- Helping where help is needed
We do require to go fill out an application (which can be found on our website under "Employment and Volunteering"), and $2 because we are required to run a background check by law. We do have a no cell phone policy when working in the classrooms, and require that all volunteers dress appropriatly to work with kids (no tang-tops, flip-flops, holes in any piece of clothing, and no inapproprate designs). Also a breif orientation is required upon your first visit.

Our mission is to provide each child with a comprehensive, affordable, and well-balanced childcare. We help your child to focus on educational goals as well as have fun. Fred Moore Day Nursery School understands the challenge parents face in finding high-quality child care that is affordable. Our mission is to be the solution for that challenge.
Our programs are designed to fit the specific needs of infants, toddlers, and Pre-K children. We invite you to take a tour using the links and learn more about our programs and the outstanding care awaiting your child! Our school offers continuous training to ensure that our staff receives the most recent information available in early childhood education.
In addition, each staff member is trained and certified in CPR and first aid.
