We are seeking volunteers to help share an emotional human interest story of a patient and caregivers with their local radio, TV or print media to create awareness of and education about cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer). A 15,000 Mile Journey of Hope is planned in May and June, with these volunteers driving throughout all 48 contiguous states to spread awareness and fundraise for the cure of cholangiocarcinoma. To learn more about the trip visit https://cholangiocarcinoma.org/journey-of-hope/.
Candidates should be willing to research and cold call or email local media outlets to share the event.
