SiNaCa Studios is a not for profit, public access, glass school and gallery located in Fort Worth Texas. We need help to develop and implement a comprehensive and secure network management system on the salesforce platform. This system will take the place of several other systems and will eliminate the need for double data entry and will increase data accuracy and allow us to handle all aspects of our day-to-day business. Such as...

• Collecting donations for the organization
• Register and collect payments for workshops and curriculum
• Quoting and scheduling private and team building events
• Maintain a comprehensive student data base
• Manage facility/studio rentals
• Maintain artist inventory
• Act as a point of sale for the consignment gallery
• Calculate commissions and instructor payments
• Manage instructor and volunteer staff schedules
• Export to quickbooks

The new system will be a multi dimensional system that can be accessed by administration, instructors, donors and students alike. General public will be able learn about the studios and see the current workshops and events. Students will be able to register for classes and workshops. Alumni/Donors will be able to easily give and keep and track thank you gifts. Facility Renters will be able to access rental calendars and request rental time.. Staff will be able access work schedules and student information for accurate check-in for classes, workshops and events and conduct retail transactions. Instructors will be able to access course registration and communicate with with students. Administration will be able to add and track curriculum, workshops and events. This one singular system will replace several of our current systems, including:

• Student information system (SIS)
• Contact and donor management system (CMS)
• Online transaction management system (TMS)
• Curriculum and rental calendars
• Retail point of sale system (POS)
