Hope Xchange Nonprofit is dedicated to preventing suicide and improving mental health outcomes in our most vulnerable and high-risk populations: our youth, LGBQT and bipolar communities.

We accomplish our mission by developing innovative, early intervention programs to reach those who are struggling with a mental illness wherever and whenever they need us most, connecting in a nonjudgemental way with understanding and compassion.

We are looking for a seeking someone who has experience filing corporate resolution (Form 1023) paperwork. We currently have a fiscal sponsor but have filed Articles of Corporation with State of CA and a have an EIN # from IRS. Once we have our corporate resolution / 1023 filing back, we will then be able to operate without a fiscal sponsor and take advantage of more opportunites available to those w/o sponsors and also not give away a % of our donations.
