Come to our 4 week tutor training workshop and get matched with an adult in your community who needs help learning how to read, write, listen to and speak English better. Our tutors make a wonderful difference in our students' lives. From one of our students: "I was afraid to speak. Lack of confidence make my English even worse. ... In two years I went from barely speaking to spending over six hours every day on the phone with my clients without any problems." Our volunteers tell us over and over that they get as much out of the tutoring relationship as they give. Doesn't this sound like a great way to give to your community?

Our next tutor training workshop will take place on Jan 26, Feb 2, 9, 16, at 1 North Johnston Ave. Suite A130, Hamilton, NJ. This will be a hybrid training, with some face-to-face sessions and some online sessions. After the training, you'll be ready to start meeting with a student once a week.
