Jalawelo is designing new models to address development challenges related to the welfare of children and youth in Jamaica. We have identified potential funding sources, however, we need grant writing help to try to access available funds. We have piloted a new initiative with at-risk young adults that is grounded in the development of caring relationships and that uses a technology infrastructure for training that should eventually lead to the development of knowledge-based skills that are in demand in a global marketplace.
We are seeking individuals with solid grant-writing experience to help in prepararion of grant proposals.
