Overview: One on one or small group math tutor. Multi-level adult learners at various learning levels.
Details:
- Work on one on, or in small groups with students on foundational math skills - fractions, decimals and percents, problems and worksheets
- Sound knowledge of basic and intermediate math concepts
- Good person-to-person skills
- Willing to work with diverse students of mixed abilities, learner levels, background and culture
- High degree of initiative and creativity

Pima College Adult Basic Education for College and Career (ABECC) Mission: We meet every adult learner where they are, honor their strengths and support them to their goals.
We offer free, non-credit high school equivalency classes, English language classes, career contextualized instruction, and citizenship preparation classes.
Volunteers are essential to fulfilling our mission and we welcome inquiries from community members who want to help the thousands of adult students we serve each year.
