Start off the New Year with a challenge at the ROC 7K Trail Run! Join us on Saturday, January 22 at Cosmo Park’s Rhett’s Run for this 7K (4.3 mile) trail run where runners will take in the scenic twists and turns along this well-maintained single track course.

Volunteers are needed to help with the following: registration (7:30-9 a.m.), staffing the aid station (8:15-10:45 a.m.), course support (8:15-10:45 a.m.), finish line support and staffing the post race food table (9-11 a.m.).
