Help Playtime Project improve our Pre-Teen/Teen program room at DC General Shelter! We have contractors coming in to repair the floors earlier in the week, and we will need volunteers to help us unpack items and reset the room. Volunteers will be moving furniture, games, art supplies, and other items from a nearby closet back into the room and will set up the room to be ready for programming after New Years! Volunteers must be ages 15 and older and able to lift heavy items. Volunteers should wear sneakers and comfortable clothing.

This project is hosted in conjunction with the DC JCC's D25 Day of Service. Please sign up for the opportunity online here and select Homeless Children's Playtime Project: https://secure2.convio.net/thejdc/site/Ticketing?view=Tickets&id=152889
