Begin Anew of Middle Tennessee is now taking applications for young professionals ages 20-35 to serve on the 2017 Begin Anew Junior Executive Board.

Who We Are

The Begin Anew Junior Executive Board is a newly launched group of community leaders and philanthropists, ages 20 to 40ish, who are interested in supporting Begin Anew of Middle Tennessee by participating in unique social events, fundraising initiatives, and other volunteer opportunities. Our ultimate purpose is to create increased support of Begin Anew's mission to empower individuals to break harmful cycles caused by poverty by providing education, mentoring, and resources.

Membership on the Begin Anew Junior Executive Board is open to men and women who are young professionals in the Nashville Metropolitan and surrounding areas that demonstrate an interest in and a commitment to changing their communities and the lives of those individuals living on salaries below the living wage.

Get Involved

Join the Junior Executive Board, and you will have an exciting opportunity to serve, support, and network. Membership includes:

• Invitations to Junior Executive Board events throughout the year;
• Invitations to Begin Anew Board of Directors and Advisory Board events, including Board meetings, throughout the year;
• A one-on-one mentor relationship with a member of the Begin Anew Board of Directors; and
• Opportunities for volunteer/leadership positions.

Deadline for applications is January 30, 2017.
