Handyman/Maintenance Man (or woman) Description  Ability to work with minimal supervision performing general handyman tasks at the Four Pointes. Experienced with maintenance -- interior painting, troubleshooting and repair of facility equipment and furniture. Physically able to move and lift heavy items as well as hang art. Prompt and thorough in completing assigned tasks. Dependable and cooperative. Requirements for Service include :Attend volunteer orientation and all relevant training.  Read and agree to volunteer policies and procedures. Work well independently or as a team contributor.  Self-starter - sees what needs to be done and does it! Ability to prioritize projects, set goals and be accountable for completing each assigned task. Ability to pass a background check and willingness to commit to a minimum of 1 year. Flexible schedule and amount of hours are determined by volunteer and based on need.
