A Volunteer Coordinator builds community development opportunity through partnerships with team members, members, and volunteers.The Coordinator will use creativity and relationships building skills to elevate the use of volunteers.
- Assist in volunteer recruitment, placement, and onboarding
- Educate, share, and spread volunteer opportunities to members, volunteers, and inquiries
- Engage motivated volunteers with new opportunities, recognition, and deeper levels of commitment
- Assist in maintaining/gathering volunteer tracking information
- Maintain/ Update past volunteers contact information
- Availability to work 2-3 hour shifts or as availability permits
- Work with sports department coordinators and coaches
