Volunteers will meet at Noon @ N.N. Hopes, 3rd floor community room. We want to show our appreciation to volunteers and their continued support to our community and to Transforming Youth Recovery. We are serving lunch and drinks to show our gratitude.
We will continue our collection for blankets, gloves and hats to give to the homeless and food to donate to Evelyn Mount's community food drive.
We are hoping to hear volunteers share their stories of gratitude to help us finish out the last volunteer meeting of 2016.
We will give an overview of accomplishments for 2016 and state our volunteer and organization goals for 2017.

Mission Statement
Our volunteers are committed in helping our community and those who offer services for addiction and recovery support. We are dedicated to providing more available treatment for those who are struggling with addiction. Working within our community, we gather resources to provide sober living homes. Although we are not direct services providing treatment, our goal is to break barriers or road blocks keeping someone from pursuing full recovery. We meet twice monthly to discuss current projects and upcoming volunteer opportunities. Throughout the year we bring in experts in the field of addiction to educate, to create awareness, and to eliminate the social stigma surrounding this disease. Plan to attend one of our meetings to learn about our volunteer program’s projects and activities. Volunteer meetings are held every other Monday from 12PM to 1PM. Lunch is provided. We welcome anyone with a sincere desire to be of service to join us!
