We lost our arts and crafts leader! Our students tend to struggle with reading and math but they are wonderfully creative and art was a bright spot in their week. Can you help?
Here are the details:
1. Group of nine or ten students age 8 - 12. You will have at least one helper but probably two.
2. Join us once a weekly, monthly, or anything in between. We appreciate the help!
2. Choose your activity! Do what sounds fun to you!
3. We'll buy the materials
4. You will be the most popular teacher in the school.

Who we are:

Kosasa Academy is a small alternative Christian school for students who have not been successful in regular school. Our students tend to be the nice kids who cannot succeed because they learn differently or the quirky kids who mean well but do not fit in with their classmates. We are not a school for students with substance abuse or violent behavior. Our faculty is wonderful. They are smart, funny, knowledgable, collaborative, sincerely committed to their students and supportive of each other. School decisions are often made by consensus and everyone is heard. When we say we are a team, we really mean it.
