ORGANIZATION: SASTEMIC

FIRST allows students to compete with robots in a fun environment where they can apply STEM concepts to design a robot and research a scientific topic of interest. Some of the volunteer jobs are:

  • REFEREE...Watch robot games and tally scores
  • JUDGE...Interview and evaluate teams, choose award recipients
  • ROBOT INSPECTOR...Inspect team robots for safety/rule violations

Many other non-technical roles are also available. QUALIFICATIONS: * An encouraging attitude * Gracious Professionalism * A love of FUN! This year's theme is Animal Allies. For more information, email alamovolunteers@gmail.com
