Huntington-Oyster Bay Audubon is looking for a part time bookkeeper. We are seeking assistance with our bookkeeping, financial statements, taxes and year end reports.
Suitable candidates will live locally. Job can be done at your location but you will be expected to attend monthly board meeting and other meetings as needed.
We are looking for someone who can make a dedicated long term commitment to help us achieve our goals, keep us in good standing with the IRS, while helping to propel our organization forward as we work to protect wildlife and preserve habitat.
This person will be filling the Treasurer position on our board of directors and if so desired, will be named as our Treasurer, an officer of the board.

A chapter of National Audubon Society, serving Huntington and northern Oyster Bay townships. We host free monthly environmental education programs as well as monthly children's programs.
