A3M is hosting a bone marrow drive at the Los Cerritos Center Mall and we need plenty of volunteers to help out!
December 3th, 10th, 15th from 10am-8pm.If you would like to help someone this is the perfect opportunity! If you're interested in health/healthcare and would like to learn more this would be a great opportunity!Volunteers are needed to help out at the drive. Volunteer duties include flyering, helping donors with their forms and with swabbing. Ability to speak a second language a plus.

Asians for Miracle Marrow Matches (A3M) is committed to improving the health and welfare of all people by providing education, assistance, and facilitating prompt access to potential marrow and blood cell donors. We are dedicated to offering hope to the thousands suffering from diseases that are treatable by a marrow or blood cell transplant. A3M has registered over 165,000 donors since 1991 and is the largest Asian Pacific Islander recruitment group of the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP). Over 600 marrow donor drives are conducted throughout the year.
Description
Volunteers provide specialized outreach and education to all ethnic minority communties, specifically targetting the seven largest populations--Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Pilipino, South Asian, Hispanic and Vietnamese. Volunteers also particpate in helping run marrow donor drives.
