A.T.T.R.A.C.T Philly is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator. A.T.T.R.A.C.T is actively empowering the youth while promoting the importance of education. We are seeking a highly enthusiastic, flexible, and reliable person to work alongside of our Program Director and Volunteer Coordinator to cultivate and develop innovative and creative ideas to further enhance A.T.T.R.A.C.T programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Actively network and attend meetings on behalf of Attract.
• Develop and implement an innovative community outreach plan targeting individual, private, corporate, school and other organizations.
• Work collaboratively and seamlessly with staff to identify new potential foundation, individual, private, corporate, school and other organization partners.
• Work with Administrative Assistant to develop monthly marketing strategies.
  Attend relevant community meetings and participate in round tables.
• Actively advocate on behalf of the organizations mission.
  Maintain existing and seek out new opportunities for partnerships.
  Openly research and follow up with potential donors and sponsors.

Qualifications:

• Strong performance orientation and skillful strategic thinking.
• Establishes clear expectations and continuously measures performance.
• The ability to research, manage and follow up with potential sponsors and donors.
  Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Demonstrates excellence in both oral and written communications.
• A high degree of integrity in dealing with confidential donor, supported family and financial information.
• Ability to coordinate all aspects of an event including - logistics, correspondence, financial reports and printed materials.
  Ability to coordinate and lead committee meetings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  At least (1) year working in Community Initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred not required).
