Provides program-related information to customers. Records services provided to customers into computer or on written log sheets.
To perform this job successfully an individual should have practical knowlege of Internet browser applications including Internet Explorer and Google Chrome; Spreadsheet software such as MS Excel and MS Word software.
Must be willing to learn basic information about Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs and services offered through the Workforce Connection operations and how these services and programs can help individuals further their career goals. Training will be provided.
Must learn and follow agency policies and procedures.
Must show respect and sensitivity to cultural differences and physical disabilities.
Must maintain confidentiality. Must listen to others without interrupting. Must keep emotions under control.
Must speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and respond well to questions.
Must be able to read and interpret written information.
