Volunteers needed: Wish Granters/Event Volunteers
Make-A-Wish (r) Foundation of ND is seeking dedicated, self-motivated volunteers to assist in supporting our mission of granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. We strive to empower our volunteers to become leaders in their communities as well as collaborate to create and host events.
Currently we have over 145 volunteers across our great state. However, there are regions that are in need of additional volunteers such as the Minot area. If you are interested in joining the Make-A-Wish North Dakota team as a Wish Granter, Greeter, Fundraising Volunteer, Event Volunteer or a Wish Ambassador, please don’t hesitate to contact our office or visit our webpage at the link below.

Description
Make-A-Wish North Dakota is a non-profit organization that strives to grant the one true heartfelt wish for children who are facing a critical illness. Make-A-Wish ND serves all children who qualify for the program and reside in the state of North Dakota. To receive a wish, a child must be:
- medically eligible (i.e., a progressive, degenerative or malignant condition that has placed the child’s life in jeopardy);
- be older than 2 ½ and younger than 18 at time of the referral; and
- not have received a wish from another wish-granting organization.
