The mission of the Volunteer Management Unit is to create and support opportunities for community participation, in partnership with staff, which support successful completion of projects and programs to enhance the maintenance of public parks and the delivery of services for the benefit of the public.

Description

The City of San Jose Parks, Recreation & Neighborhood Services Division's Volunteer Management Unit serves the community by providing meaningful, safe and inspiring volunteer projects for those that enjoy the healthy benefits of environmental and community service.
