Coral Tree Education is a unique foundation which builds schools and dormitories and support for young Khmer women in Cambodian villages where most girls never get a chance to go to High School.

The fundraising manager will be responsible for developing and executing the San Francisco and Silicon Valley fund-raising program, including developing the donor base, managing annual campaigns and pledge drives, preparing prospect/donor communications, and developing a peer to peer network for the annual gala. Reporting to VP Fund-raising, this person will responsible for the day to day management of all fund-raising activities, coordinating calendar with VP and ED, setting goals, and reporting on execution. Expected time commitment: 10-15 hours a week, peaking each month before scheduled event(s), cocktails, dinners, receptions.

Skills needed: prior donor cultivation/solicitation experience, managing CRM campaigns, discretion and style.

Needs to be Silicon Valley based within an easy commute of San Jose.
