Become a foster parent today and save a life!
Our foster parents care for their choice of animal:
- Adult dog (large)
- Adult dog (small)
- Puppies (usually two)
- Mama dog & young puppies
- Adult cat
- Kittens (usually at least two)
- Mama cat & kittens
We provide food, supplies, veterinary care, and the marketing to find your foster pet a home! You provide a loving & safe environment for the pet in your own home until his or her forever home comes along.
Minors must have their families' approval.
We do provide community service hours! Earn 18 per week per animal!

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue and foster home network for all breeds of dogs and cats in need in South Florida.
Description
Good Karma Pet Rescue is a network of foster homes in South Florida dedicated to providing dogs and cats in need with the love and care they need and deserve. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
GK was started in early 2011. We decided that we could best provide for our foster animals by starting a rescue that aims for high quality care rather than high volume. We intend to stay as small as we need to be to ensure that every one of our foster animals is treated with the same care and respect we show our own furry family.
GK is based in Fort Lauderdale and is supported by wonderful, dedicated foster parents throughout the South Florida area. If you are interested in helping to save lives through volunteering, fostering, or adopting, please get in touch with us!
