This is a beautification project for Villa La Jolla Neighborhood Park. We are looking for volunteers to assist with raking and gathering pine needles, leaves, and trash from the landscaping areas around the park. Volunteers should be able to lift at least 10 pounds. Please wear appropriate clothing for yard work, athletic shoes, sunscreen and a hat. City staff will provide all tools needed for the project. Bring your own gardening gloves if you have them. We really appreciate the help of volunteers for this project. Please Call Salome Martinez at 858-552-1601 or email SYMartinez@sandiego.gov to sign up to help.
