ORGANIZATION: BRANCH: A New Beginning

  • 22 people are interested

Rise to Restoration is hosting their first ever formal gala fundraiser. This gala is going to be an evening gown and wedding dress fashion show and sale along with a silent auction. This gala is helping raise funds for the organization BRANCH: A New Beginning that is developing safe housing for adult women who have been trafficked.

We are going to need mostly women for this event, but can use a few gentlemen to assist in a few areas.

Dress will be a uniform that will be discussed by the interviewer. The volunteers for this event will be interviewed by the venue hosting this (Joy Abendmode). Since this is a formal affair professionalism and appearance are important. There will also be training for this event that will be included in any service hours required.

We will be needing people for the following positions:

- food & drink servers

- coat check

- floor cleaners & floor set ups (during course of evening)

- silent auction table hosts

Even though event is from 7-11pm, volunteers will need to arrive early for this event to assist in preparations as well as in closing down for the evening.

Interviews will be scheduled for December/January by Linda.

Please contact us for details or questions.
