Help clean and care for Tropical Parrots and facilitate their rehabitation.
Clean cages, replace food and water, socialize with the parrots from the large MaCaw size to the small parakeets. Work is on-going, 7 days a week. Starts around 8am with the larger parrots and 1pm with the smaller (Cockatiel sized). Normally people plan on 4 to 5 hours a visit. Orientation is given 7 days a week between the hours of noon and 2pm, lasts about 20 minutes. Just call (925)686-2350 a day in advance to schedule an appointment. Avian Rescue Corporation is approved for Community Service.
