Afarnyc.org has had a very successful 2016! We need help recruiting and managing volunteers to further along our organization. Afarnyc.org works closely with the people and pets that we help so we need very reliable and proactive volunteers.
In 2017, we are partnering with a documentary and will be launching a 3rd program that will be documented and become a part of this important movie.
Please join us in making a difference in the lives of people and their pets.

We believe by offering opportunities for "virtual volunteerism", and using social media as a tool, we will be able to maximize the results for those devoted to saving the lives of at risk animals.
Animal loving professionals in many fields have committed to contribute to this site in order to bring information that is relevant, helpful, encouraging and engaging to affect change, as well as a resource for people who want to help improve and encourage the humane treatment of animals everywhere.
