Helpline RSVP has connected with several Sioux Empire agencies to provide a variety of ways for people 55 and older to combat food insecurity. Food pantries, Meals on Wheels and backpack programs are all looking for volunteers. Help assure that no one goes to bed hungry. Contact us and we'll connect you with an organization that can use your help.

Description
The Helpline Center is a non-profit organization that fulfill its mission through the following core service areas:
- 211 Community Resources, including Information and Referral, Childcare Resources, and Military and Family Support;
- Volunteer Services, including SALSA for high school-aged students and RSVP for those 55+ in the Sioux Empire; and
- Suicide and Crisis Support.
Volunteer Services connects potential volunteers with agencies that do good in the community through an online database, weekly texts or emails about volunteer needs or short-term opportunities, and organizations to work with students (SALSA) and seniors (RSVP).
