Leadership Pasadena is a unique leadership development program for those who want to play an active role in Pasadena’s future. The benefits to the Pasadena community and to you, your company, school or non-profit, your family are immense.
LP seeks individuals who are eager learners, interested in enhancing their leadership skills, value collaboration and want to impact the future of Pasadena and make it an even better place to live, work and play for everyone.
LP is a hands-on, community leadership program that immerses you in Pasadena’s rich history, government and world renowned organizations and institutions. The program also provides 60 hours of executive level neuroscience-based leadership training and coaching, Through 60 more hours of Leadership Pasadena’s in-depth, experiential classes taught by Pasadena’s top influencers at famous and iconic locations and through team-based projects in collaboration with local non-profit organizations you build meaningful connections with area business, government, educational and non-profit leaders.

Leadership Pasadena is a hands-on, community-focused leadership program that immerses community members in Pasadena’s rich history, government and infrastructure. The program also provides personal executive leadership training and coaching, helping participants build meaningful connections with area decision-makers. This is achieved through Leadership Pasadena’s in-depth, experiential classes taught by Pasadena’s top influencers, and through impactful team-based projects in collaboration with local non-profit organizations.
Effective May 2018, Leadership Pasadena launched a new Community Leadership Course for Veterans to re-mission them through community service leadership in the San Gabriel Valley!

Since 1999, Leadership Pasadena has provided a professionally facilitated 8-month community leadership training program, that to, date has created over 200 dedicated community leaders from across the greater Pasadena community to build a better Pasadena for all.
