About

What is Volunteer Stewardship?? It is the unselfish act of caring for our communities' important lands. Stewardship can include planting native trees and grasses, removing invasive plants, maintaining hiking trails, or helping pick up litter. Be a good citizen and help make Kaweah Oaks Preserve more enjoyable for all who visit.

As part of our due diligence, we will be cleaning up our stretch of highway 198, as part of the Cal Trans Program, Adopt-A-Highway. Volunteers will get a cool orange vest, a handy-dandy trash grabber and all the pride that goes with passing motorists honking in approval! Help SRT keep our roads and water ways clean!
