Client Coordinator - New Carrollton VITA Site

The Client Coordinator helps to make sure our clients feel welcome and that we are able to assist them in preparing their tax returns at a VITA site. You will assist clients in completing the IRS required intake forms, ensure they meet the guidelines for the VITA site and assist them at the end of the process assembling the final returns. Specific tax training or certification is NOT required.

This site will be open on Monday and Thursday evenings from early February thru April 15, 2019. Volunteers are asked to commit to one 4-hour shift per week, either Monday or Thursday evening.
