People feel great about their neighborhood in which they live when they believe they are included in its planning and well-being. As a Bilingual Translator Neighborhood Advisor, you will provide the dynamic support needed for bilingual community members during community meetings.
>
> Meetings last no more than 1 to 1 1/2 hours and the position supports neighborhoods in the GrowSouth areas. You will work closely with the AmeriCorps Vista Volunteer for Mayor Mike Rawlings' GrowSouth initiatives to provide bilingual support services to our neighborhood leaders.
>
> This is a dynamic opportunity for you to understand the dynamics of capacity building and community improvement. Various daytime and night time positions available.

> Skills
> Enforce high standard and quality interpretation and translation to improve and enhance neighborhood meeting communication in a multi-cultural environment.
