San Francisco City Guides is offering an exciting opportunity to become a City Guide Volunteer. If you enjoy sharing, preserving, and perpetuating the history and folklore of San Francisco this is the perfect chance for you!

San Francisco City Guides is looking for individuals who have a love for the historical and cultural history of San Francisco. You will have opportunity to interact and meet walkers from all over the San Francisco Bay Area, the United States, and international visitors who love our tours. This is a wonderful chance to share your love of San Francisco with others. Volunteer Guides will be required to attend all eight training sessions on Saturdays 10am - 3:30pm starting on February 25 th. The application screening process is beginning soon, so apply ASAP!

About SF City Guides:

San Francisco City Guides is a non profit organization with more than 300 trained volunteers who lead FREE historical walking tours spanning 19 neighborhoods. We are sponsored by the San Francisco Public Library and are a San Francisco Parks Alliance partner. Tours are offered 365 days a year, rain or shine. Each month we offer approximately 30 different tours. City Guides provides this service to the public for free due to dedicated volunteers and committed sponsors. However, donations are welcomed!
