Event Volunteers Needed for Adoption/Fundrasing Events! We are looking for volunteers to help with 1-2 events per month. Roles include setting up adoption events at our Pet Valu locations, playing with cats/kittens/dogs/puppies!!, giving out information to interested adopters and helping to market events All candidates should have friendly, positive and outgoing personality. Must be passionate about helping pets in need and finding them loving forever homes. Types of events include: adoption events at our PetValu locations, Painting with a Twist fundraising event, Yoga with Cats event, Pictures with Santa fundraiser, and Bark and Brews at various Brew Pubs.

Mission Statement
To provide safe harbor, medical care and love for adoptable animals that have been abused, abandoned and neglected until they are placed into loving, responsible permanent homes; to decrease the need for senseless destroying of animals by educating the public about the benefits of spaying and neutering; to build a community where people value animals and treat them with respect and kindness; to promote respect for life, responsible pet ownership and to encourage the higher ideals of compassion toward animals and people through education and example.
Description
Tails of the free is a registered 501c3 non-profit rescue that was founded by a passionate group of volunteers. We have quickly expanded the rescue to five locations in Chester Co, in Partnership with Pet Valu. We all are animal lovers and many of us would take them all in if we could.
We work with the local community as well as high kill shelters to bring in as many adoptable animals as we can in order to find them loving, caring homes. We are no-kill and all the animals in our care are safe while waiting for adoption.
Between our main partner Pet Valu and our dedicated fosters we are able to save many animals that would simply be passed over and forgotten.
