Are you interested in working one-on-onehelping kindergarteners with their math skills? Hamilton Elementary is looking for volunteers for the 2016-2017 school year to help Kindergarteners be on track with their math and ready for 1st grade. No experience required, just time, patience, and willingness!
This is an ongoing weekly commitment during the school day. Available times are 10:30-11:30am and/or 12:30-1:30pm, Monday through Friday. We will work with you to set up your schedule. Ideally you would be volunteering through May 2017, but we are open to a 6-8 week commitment as well.
FREE required training is provided. The next training is scheduled for Tuesday, January 10thfrom 6-8:30pm at the Educational Service Center (2727 Ferry St N) in Anoka. (The final training will be 3/21/17 from 9:30am-12pm)

Ideally, the start date would be within a week or so of training. (If you have already attended K-Skillbuilder training with District 11 in the past, you do not need to attend again.)
