Description:

  • The Office Volunteer is responsible for coordination of office operations to advance the mission of the Alzheimer's Association.
  • Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, data entry, receiving and routing all incoming telephone calls and inventory controls.
  • Essential Job Functions
  • General office mail distribution, faxing, copying, voicemail system
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls. Forward to the appropriate person or take messages as needed.
  • Assist with outgoing mailings.
  • Receive visitors and alert appropriate staff member.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Can devote a minimum of 15 hours/week
  • Accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work well independently.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and data processing.
  • Must have a positive attitude.
  • You must be available to work at our office during business hours.
